• I heard you plant trees. How?

We are so happy you are asking. We plant trees all over the world with every purchase and you can tell us where!!

• Do you ship worldwide? Where do you ship from?

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in lovely Charlotte, NC.

• How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping prices are calculated during checkout and they vary depending on the product, weight, dimensions, amount and destination. Most of our domestic shipping packages cost $5. You'll see the shipping costs once you enter you address at checkout.

• When will my order arrive?

Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped after your purchase is complete. 97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
- Domestic (US): 3-5 business days
- International: 5-20 business days, depending on where you are (customs processing times may apply)

• Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate. If you live outside of the US, once the package leaves the US the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.

• What if my order is delayed?

If your order didn’t end up arriving after the estimated time, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at [email protected] noting your order number. We’ll check with the shipping carrier to find out what happened. We are always on your side.

• How can I pay?

We accept all major credit/debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and Amex exclusively through PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. PayPal protects you and us from any fraudulent transaction and we never see your private information.

• How do you handle refunds/exchanges?

We make our products by hand especially for you and we have a 12-hour period after the order is complete for cancellations. If you cancel within 12 hours after your purchase, we will refund you the money (we'll plant the trees anyway :). However, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after that unless we made a mistake with your order. If we made a mistake (we sent you the wrong size, the item is damaged, etc.) we will send you a new order completely on us with some extra love.

• Is my info secure?

Our checkout process is extremely secure. We use the best SSL encryption to guarantee your information is not divulged. We do not save your credit card info at any time in the process, you are 100% safe. You can check out our Privacy page to learn more.
